Last year Interior and Food photographer John Granen photographed Seattle Chef Kevin Davis of Steelhead Diner for a new book called Coco, 10 Great Chefs of Today Choose the 100 Best Chefs of Tomorrow Published by Phaidon. The book is being released this month.

In the book ten of the best chefs of today reveal who the 100 chefs of tomorrow will be.
