Photographer Sarah Flotard Shares a Fresh Take on Thanksgiving Dinner

Turkey, stuffing, mash potatoes, green beans–food and lifestyle photographer Sarah Flotardknows that shooting Thanksgiving dishes can be a challenge because this dinner is so familiar. Flotard, who's shot campaigns for major food brands like Starbucks and La Brea Bakery, had some fresh ideas for making traditional dishes look new when she shot for PCC Community Markets this season. 
"The team put some thought into what we could do to make the food (and, what might appear to be a lot of brown dishes) look aspirational. We decided incorporating shots of PCC's amazingly fresh ingredients alongside their corresponding dishes would do the trick. Side by side, the images came out beautifully and tell a more complete story of the care and attention that goes into making some old favorites." says Flotard.
