Bryan Alano Hits the Streets with Jason Richardson

Los Angeles lifestyle photographer, Bryan Alano recently did a shoot with sneaker connoisseur and Olympic hurdler, Jason Richardson. Jason, sponsored by Nike has a vast collection of running shoes, says Bryan. Two of those Nikes are featured in the shoot, but in most of the shots he is in street clothes, sporting dress shoes and boots. Bryan says Jason loves fashion, a rather surprising fact for an Olympic athlete, but this shoot is much more about the man than the hurdler. Sure, there are plenty of shot of him jumping, running and hurdling, the focus on Jason out of his running clothes showcases his personality - his spunk, his smile and his playfulness. 

One of Bryan's strong suits is bringing out the fun, vibrant aspects of his subjects. That's what makes these photos so refreshing. Bryan offers a different perspective than we're used to seeing in photos of Olympic athletes.
