Last week Alex Hayden, food and interior photographer, was up on Whidbey Island shooting food for a Seattle based book publisher Sasquatch Publishing. "Shooting food is not as glamorous as it might appear," says Hayden. "I think peoople outside the business think it's a lot of eating and enjoying the food. Sometimes it is, but most of the time we are trying to get food to cooperate so we can shoot an image that is truly appetizing and as "real" as possible."
