Alex Hayden Shoots Found and Foraged Food Cookbook

Photographer Alex Hayden, known for his beautiful enviornment and tasty food photography, is working with designer Kelly Okamura and Chef Becky Selengut on a book about found or foraged food in the Northwest. Above is photo of fiddleheads ferns, available in your local forest. The second photograph highlights a yummy chive dumpling dish made with fiddlehead ferns, parmesan cheese and wood sorrel sauce.
